Eye Care for Computer Users
 These days, almost everyone uses a computer. About 50 percent of people with computers experience a type of eye problem. The problems of the general view, in front of computer users are headache, eyestrain and blurred vision at times. It’s not a very good sign, especially because our eyes one of the most important organs of our body. The tension in the eyes may cause fatigue and reduce the efficiency with which an employee works.
With the increasing use of computers, many users are susceptible to a disease called glaucoma. As with any illness or problem has a form of prevention of eye problems. With simple steps and easy to care for the eyes, users can keep your eyes safe and perfect for a long time.
The symptoms can be reduced face with the little things like good posture when using the computer with a real job for comfort and maneuverability, while the lenses can be used that are made is particularly true for the computer and exercises for the eyes as from a user’s computer will be conducted to reduce eyestrain and increase blood flow to them.

• Close to the Far Focus: This exercise helps to improve flexibility of the eyes. This requires a finger of a person is placed 6 inches from nose to concentration. This helps focus the eye on objects near and far, therefore, to increase flexibility.

• Role of the head: Another exercise that can be used to help relax the neck, shoulders and muscles. This is the basic breathing exercises and relaxation exercises of the neck and head at the same time.
